This OS is very lightweight compared to those running on the best Windows laptops or best MacBooks as it is essentially the Chrome browser reoriented as a computer interface, with most of what it does being online and through cloud storage.
Chromebooks are so inexpensive because these notebooks utilize Chrome OS as their operating system.
